1. What SwampInsiders Is

SwampInsiders is an information service that aggregates and displays publicly available STOCK Act disclosures filed by members of the U.S. Congress. We apply a scoring model to highlight coincidences between a politician's committee assignments, legislative activity, and their reported trades.

Specifically, we show:

• Trades that politicians have publicly disclosed under the STOCK Act
• The committees those politicians sit on and the sectors those committees oversee
• Whether multiple politicians bought or sold the same ticker around the same time
• A proprietary SwampInsiders (0–130) reflecting the degree of coincidence between the trade and the politician's public role

2. What SwampInsiders Is Not

• We are not a registered investment adviser
• We are not a broker-dealer
• We do not manage money on your behalf
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of STOCK Act filings — we display what is publicly reported
• A high SwampScore does not mean a trade will be profitable. Past coincidences are not predictive of future returns.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SwampInsiders, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising from your use of or reliance on information displayed on this platform.

You acknowledge that all investment and trading decisions are made solely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

Trade data is sourced from publicly available STOCK Act disclosures on house.gov and senate.gov. Disclosures may be filed late, amended, or contain errors — we reproduce what was publicly reported and do not independently verify the information. Scores are computed algorithmically and reflect correlations in public data only.

5. No Guarantee of Signal Quality

Historical backtest results and win-rate statistics displayed on the platform reflect past model performance on historical data and are provided for informational purposes only. Past performance of the scoring model does not guarantee future accuracy or profitability.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using SwampInsiders, you confirm that:

• You agree that SwampInsiders provides information only, not financial advice
• You will not hold SwampInsiders liable for any trading losses
• You are 18 years of age or older
